Pizza Romana was established in 1992 as a sister restaurant to Villa Romana. Founded by Chef Rinaldo Montrosse, both restaurants flourished and quickly became favorites of Locals and Tourists alike. Over the years, Pizza Romana has seen many changes. In January 2013, Pizza Romana was rescued by Mark Thompson, a longtime friend, former employee of Chef Rinaldo and “adopted” son of Mama Lucia. Along with Pizza Chef Lyndon Osborne, they have restored Pizza Romana to its original self.
